Private by design

Your financial life isn't an ad network's business.

  • We never see your bank password. You sign in to your bank inside Plaid's window; we only receive the transactions you allow.
  • Uploads are deleted after reading. We keep the charges we extracted, not your statement file.
  • Disconnect anytime. Removing a bank stops syncing and deletes its data from Statement Reviews.
  • No ads, no data sales. We only share what our service providers need to run the app.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is it safe to connect my bank?
Bank connections run through Plaid: you sign in to your bank in Plaid's window, and we never see or store your bank username or password. You can disconnect a bank at any time, and we delete its data when you do. Details are in our privacy policy.
Which banks and cards work?
Uploads work with statements from any US credit card — PDF or screenshots. Premium’s automatic sync works with most US banks and card issuers that Plaid supports.
What happens when I flag a charge?
It's marked for follow-up and stays easy to find. The dispute helper shows your card issuer's phone number and dispute page, plus the exact descriptor to read them. We don't contact your bank for you.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — it's built for iPhone first and works in any modern browser. In Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen to open it like an app.
How accurate are the map pins?
We look up each merchant from the details on your statement. Most land on the exact storefront; when there's too little to go on, the pin lands in the right city — and the full descriptor is always on the card.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan from your profile; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
